The Pinney House is a perfect location for filming as it has completely unobstructed front and rear views of the property. There is also a large flat front lawn, and a large flat rear parking area that can accommodate trucks, vans, etc.
We are currently undergoing renovation. Under certain circumstances, filming could take place in rooms undergoing construction. Here is a list of rooms and their status:
- Front parlor and conservatory : under construction, down to studs.
- Front sitting room : open. Pretty sitting room with coal burning fire place front, stenciled walls, ceiling ornament, Victorian ceiling and wall lamps.
- Hallway/stairway: open.
- First floor back rooms: open; currently used as residential.
- Second floor front room: under construction, down to studs
- Second floor back rooms: open, currently used as residential
- Third Floor: office area currently being used.
- Front porch: open
- Second floor (small porch): under construction
